General Information

Customer Support includes product implementation and upgrades, trouble reporting, receivables, data integration, and the Technical Services group. Customer Support is available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Mountain time. Customer Support will respond within one business day to all inquiries.

Technical Services

Technical Services includes a variety of services and tools available to customers and is available through Customer Support. Technical Services includes:

  • Half day and full day training
  • Remote and on-sight consulting
  • Student data extraction and cleansing
  • TurnLeaf SMS Extraction Tool assistance
  • Data loads assistance
Technical Services are available on an as needed basis and are subject to TurnLeaf scheduling availability.
